“H2O” was released in 1982 and sold over 2 million copies worldwide. Though this was the break they were waiting for, it was never expected to explode the way it did. Mega hit “Maneater” remained in the Top 10 charts worldwide for several weeks. Following singles “Family Man” and “One on One” did well in the charts too resulting in “H2O” going platinum within a year.
