‘Bulletproof Wallets’ is the third studio album by Wu-Tang Clan member Ghostface Killah. This album, contrary to usual Ghostface and Wu-Tang’s, is easily digestable and easily likeable on first listen. The production isn’t more R’n’B-esque, it’s just a little smoother production. This by no means makes the production weaker, it just expands the Wu‘s fan base. Ghost doesn’t deliver his usual 50-listens-to-understand-what-I’m-talking about style on every song. Instead he adds more concept songs and talks about some subjects instead of just random braggadocio and criminology lyrics. For this reason alone ‘Bulletproof Wallets’ is a revolutionary Wu-Tang album.
