Description
This debut EP album was released in 2002; played in B-flat minor, tracks no longer than 3 minutes and with 3 cords. Surprisingly enough it worked! Sune Rose Wagner and Sharin Foo produced a phenomenal and daring album. The Raveonettes became known and respected for staying true to their overall love for 50/60’s rock and the manner they translate that love into their music. Their “noise-pop” is influenced by for example The Velvet Underground and The Jesus and Mary Chain, however The Raveonettes have always refused to be categorized in genre and remain unique in its kind, still. In the summer of 2014 they released their new album and are currently setting up tour-dates all over the world. This edition of “Whip It On” includes the uncensored video of “Attack of the Ghost Riders”.
