Perhaps it’s the extraordinary manner in which the blind Healey plays his guitar (flat on his lap) and the fresh bluesy sound this exceptionally talented threesome (with Joe Rockman on bass & Tom Stephen on drums) produced. Anyway, this album kicked off Healey‘s career in a way no one could have foreseen.
